I have titled this installation "Paphos Souls 2019", it is a small selection from the archive that has been left in its original, untouched condition. I made the conscious decision to preserve it in its current state by isolating it from further interactions and encasing it in a gelatine box. This installation serves as a reminder of the fragility and preciousness of these historical artifacts, and the importance of preserving them in their original condition. The Paphos Souls installation is not just a representation of the past, but also a reflection of the present, as it reminds us of the importance of preserving our memories, our past, and our heritage.
