Exhibition 2003 - Victoria = Kifisia Station

The original drawing was firstly created in 1998. It was kept, with many others until 2003 when I digitalized it and created its final image. It was presented in my first solo exhibition in 2003 titled Victoria Station to Kifisia Station. The exhibition took place at Gloria Art Gallery in Nicosia and then followed at Azia Hotel in Paphos.

My father was an artist who passed away when I was 15 years old. (Andy Adamos / Hadjiadamos 1936-1990). (www.facebook.com/AndysHadjiAdamos). My first solo exhibition, titled "Victoria = Kifisia" (www.sergisadamos.com/victoria-kifisia-art-exhibition-2003), took place in 2003 at Gloria Gallery in Nicosia. (www.facebook.com/GloriaGalleryNicosia). As expected, the people that turned up were my friends and family and my father's funs. All of them were to see my art exhibited for the first time. I was the first to exhibit digital artwork in Cyprus. I had a limited edition of each painting 1/7.

The father vanishes in the background and the son shines in the foreground. The connections between them remain the same in both directions. Unconditional love.
